Belarusian cuisine. Traditional meat dishes are ovens - boiled, stewed or fried carcasses of a pig, rabbit, poultry, or a large piece of pork, beef; Vereshchaka (machanka) - pieces of ribs, sausages, bacon stewed with water or kvass, seasoned with flour, sour cream, onions and spices (eaten with pancakes); vantrobyanka - boiled finely chopped pork lungs, bake, heart, kidneys, heads, seasoned with garlic, pepper, etc. and stuffed into pork colon or stomach; polandvitsa - dried pork of the highest grade, sometimes smoked with spices. Cabbage rolls are prepared with meat, as well as sorcerers, products made from various doughs, stuffed with meat or other minced meat with spices.

All types of heat treatment are widely used for cooking in Belarusian cuisine: boiling, frying, stewing, baking, etc. Many dishes are prepared in earthenware.

A significant place in the diet of Belarusians is given to dairy products.

For the preparation of first courses, potatoes, vegetables, cereals, mushrooms, dough, milk, etc. are widely used. Vegetables are consumed mainly raw, they are also added to other dishes.
