Swedish meatballs (second option)

Ingredients

For the meatballs:
Dry loaf or white bread (crumbs) 1 faceted glass without a slide
Milk (water) 100 ml.
Egg C-1 2 pcs.
Any mince (I have pork + chicken) 800 gr.
Salt, sugar taste
A mixture of ground peppers: black, allspice, nutmeg, coriander taste
For the sauce:
Butter + olive together about 75 gr
Flour 50 gr.
Light vegetable broth or chicken 400 ml.
Milk about 200 ml.
Salt, nutmeg (optional), bay leaf taste

Cooking method

  • They are delicious too. I went further and unearthed another recipe. I hope you will like it.
  • Season the minced meat with spices, sugar and salt to taste. Stick the meatballs and bake them on a baking sheet until tender, but do not fry too much.
  • Swedish meatballs (second option)
  • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce.
  • Put the mixture of oils and flour in a frying pan with high sides. Stir well and fry a little until golden. Then pour out the well-warmed broth. Caution! Will hiss! Mix well. Do not be afraid for lumps - a blender will help us all! Then dilute with milk to a consistency with a little liquid sour cream, if you like the meatballs, stew a little more in the sauce. Well, or until the consistency of sour cream is thicker, if you don't stew.
  • Pour the resulting sauce over the meatballs.
  • I heat the meatballs a little more in the sauce in the oven. But this is for my taste - it is better for children to be softer.
