  • Add the rest of the flour and water, grains, oil to the risen dough. Turn on the batch for 2-3 minutes.

  • Put the dough in a bowl and stir in the dried fruits and nuts with your hands / mixer.
  • Return the dough to the HP, heat the HP for 1 min on the BAKING mode. Leave to rise for 2 hours. The dough will not rise much.
  • Switch on the BAKING mode for 50 minutes.

Lika, and if I don't have grains, what should I do?
And is it possible to increase the amount of nuts and dried fruits? I want more, but I'm afraid the bread may not rise. What do you think?
Lika
shuska, you can put only rye flour, I would not increase the amount of dried fruits and nuts. There are 190 grams of them, quite rich taste.

... you can only put in rye flour ...
That is, for this bread, you need to take 450 g of rye flour. Right?
Lika
For a start, I would put 400g and watch the bun: flour and grains absorb water in different ways.

And I always trust this point to HP, all dried fruits remain safe and sound! For what purpose do you manually intervene? Or do you protect the stove from scratches that can leave nuts?
The bread is wonderful, I stole the recipe this morning, thanks! Baked yesterday LIKE BREAD... As soon as mine cope with it, so yours will try ...
Lika
Little baby, nothing to do with the stove. It's just that my dried fruits were very soft, and the dough is quite dense, I was afraid that the prunes would smear.

Oh Laugh, I have a current mom that she took a sample from the bread, oh, how she liked it !!! Mom is generally an amateur rye-dried fruit rye-dried fruit rye with dried fruits, and this one says something unusually tasty, there is something in it that was not in those that I baked earlier, about how ... we can because on the dough ... okay, I'll wait what others say. ..

Likusenka, thank you my dear !!!

P.S.Next time I want to count it by the size, maybe, otherwise my mother hinted that such a size is somehow frivolous ... I (to my shame) do not bake this kind of bread so often, so they are eaten very quickly ... mom ... her favorite food, a kind (sometimes even too kind) piece of bread with a mug of something ... just to gurgle ...

I baked some bread, thanks for the recipe)
The bread is very tasty and unusual, suitable for lovers of "dense" bread.
In addition to hazelnuts, I also added walnuts
I didn't have any grains, I only took flour and it took about 370 grams.
The only thing that I didn't really like was the "heavy" dough, sticky. But this is personally my dislike of messing around with such a test.

Tell me an inexperienced baker, can you just put all these products in the bread maker and add dried fruits just during kneading? Somehow for me all these manipulations with the test are not very clear yet)))

ais78, you can, only on a dough of bread all the same luhhit turns out.

I make it on the dough, which I start right in the HP bucket, after the dough is ready, add the missing ingredients, turn on the kneading, towards the end of which I add the dried fruits directly to the bucket.

I took 360g of flour and the bun was a bit thick ...
the bread turned out to be incredibly tasty

I went to look for information about bread in a dough ... I'm still a kettle in this matter ...

Lika, what if instead of a plover (I don't have one) we add bran or whole wheat wheat? Just how much to take?
