A new portion of the marshmallow is from the plums.
Moreover, the plums were very juicy, but sooo aromatic.
The bone did not want to be taken out, therefore, I slightly boiled them in the cartoon,
and removed the bones without any problems. And from the lagging juice I made syrup, boiled it with sugar - and into jars.
It turned out to be burgundy, such a rich wine color, wonderful aroma and excellent taste.
When the marshmallow dried for a couple of hours, the aroma was so ... that my dear French perfume does not smell like that to me.
It is a pity that there will be no more such drains (it was a gift from a friend - a bucket of drains),
but there will be a little later my plums - eel, I will make more of them.
