Ingredients

Oat flakes 400-500 g.
Butter / margarine / spread 200 BC
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 100 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet

  • Before, I would have eaten oatmeal "for no price"! And now, in the form of such cookies, I gobble it up by both cheeks. It is also very happy that my son also loves these cookies very much. After all, it is very difficult to make children eat something useful, but not always tasty. Therefore, in my opinion, we will make an excellent delicacy from not very tasty oatmeal!
  • First, cut the butter (spread / margarine) into small pieces and put a little melt in the pan. Put the oatmeal on top and begin to mix well (about 10 minutes). The flakes should brown a little and, as if, caramelize. While the oatmeal is cooling, beat the eggs with vanilla sugar. The flakes may still be warm (but not hot) when we add eggs to them. Knead everything until smooth and form cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment (at this time, turn on the oven at 160-170 degrees). Cookies can be shaped using molds or simply spread out with a spoon. We send it to the oven for 20 minutes (we are guided by our oven). When the cookies are browned, you can get it! Let it cool and you can try

I replaced half of the oil with coconut urbech, there is a little coconut flavor and aroma, quite unobtrusively. I liked the little sugar.
I did half the norm - for 1 baking sheet. For less brutality, at the request of the children, I ground the flakes with a blender, not into flour, just down to small particles.

This time I remembered about Urbech (this is a mass of grated nuts, any nuts or seeds without any additives). So, the coconut urbech turned out to be very fatty in taste, and it is inconvenient to eat it with a simple spoon or add it somewhere due to the fact that it is hardened from a large amount of oil contained in it. I scraped 50 grams with a fork until my hand hurt, finished off the rest with butter and pure coconut oil.
