Ingredients

potatoes 6-7 pcs
minced chicken 300-400 g
mayonnaise for top lubrication
salt taste
pepper and other spices taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes, grate the petals on a Gigant grater with four blades, put a little less than half in the shape of a spiral on the bottom of the pizza maker, salt and pepper (you can do this in advance), put a layer of minced chicken, in which there are spices and salt, gently distribute, then lay out a rose from the remaining potato petals

  • Then grease the top layer with mayonnaise so that the top layer of potatoes does not burn from = behind the top shade of the pizza maker.

30-40 minutes approximately

Forsh made chicken from chicken breast with zucchini, cottage cheese, cheese, sour cream and corn starch almost like Mikhaskin's cutlets! It turned out very juicy!
