Salsa from pickled watermelon peels

Ingredients

Pickled watermelon peels 1 cup
Sweet red onion 0.5 cups
Small tomatoes 2 pcs.
Black or green olives 0.5 cups
Green chili a piece
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Parsley and dill

Cooking method

  • All ingredients are finely chopped and mixed. Serve as an appetizer or a side dish for meat, poultry or fish.
  • Salsa from pickled watermelon peels

Note

Instead of olives, I took Black olives jam (3 tbsp. L.), Thanks to which salsa began to play with interesting colors.
