  • It looks very bright and advantageous on the table, tastes amazing and aromatic. A small but tasty secret in the form of an ice cream ball hidden inside will add exclusivity and refreshing taste to the dessert.
  • Preparation
  • - Peel the pineapple and cut into thin slices, together with the core, half of the pineapple. Squeeze the juice from the second half of the pineapple.
  • - Add vanilla sugar to a small amount of water, add a little pineapple juice and bring to a boil. Put sliced ​​pineapple slices in the resulting syrup. Let the pineapple slices soak in the sugar syrup for 20 minutes, so that they become soft and absorb the taste and aroma.
