Cooking method

  • I continue a series of useful jams (coniferous rosehip jam, apple jam "dietary"). This jam helps to reduce blood clots and cholesterol levels, which is the prevention of strokes and heart attacks in people with increased blood clotting. If you can take any raspberry (I have red and yellow), then the currants should be exactly red. We collect the berries, cover with sugar and mix gently. Leave the juice to run for 30-40 minutes. If you don't like the bones, then we wipe the mass through a fine sieve. I don’t rub it, because I think the seeds are an additional plus of this jam (see below) and I like to eat jam with whole berries better. Add Zhelfix (you can take Zhelfix 1: 3, but then sugar needs 330g). Heat to a boil with gentle but frequent stirring, boil for 2-3 minutes and place in prepared jars. We roll up or tighten the lids. Can be stored at room temperature. The recommended dose is 2-3 tablespoons per day.

Raspberries contain salicylic acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties and reduces the vascular component of blood coagulation. Red currant contains a large amount of coumarins, which reduce the thrombotic component of blood coagulation. Together, they significantly reduce the risk of thrombus formation in people with increased blood clotting, replacing thromboass and courantil. In addition, raspberries contain coumarins, which have the ability to reduce prothrombin levels and normalize blood clotting, and anthocyanins, which have anti-sclerotic properties and the ability to strengthen capillaries. Its seeds contain fatty oil (up to 22%) and beta-sitosterol, which have anti-sclerotic properties. Coumarins in red currants are from 2.5 to 4.4 mg%, that is, much more than in black currants and gooseberries. Red currant seeds are also high in unsaturated fats, which can help lower cholesterol levels. This is also facilitated by the high content of pectins in red currants. We also introduce pectins in the form of Zhelfix. Due to the high content of pectins, red currants and raspberries are used to remove toxins and toxins from the human body, help prevent the development of inflammatory processes, and are used in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. The combined action of these berries significantly reduces the risk of strokes and heart attacks. It is not a cure, but a good prevention.

Now I am doing it with Shteba juicers... I have a yellow "pineapple" raspberry, a lot of it. I collected a bucket. Part of it was used for jams, part for concentrate, part for frozen compote. But there are not many red currants. Therefore, the ratio in jam turned out to be this: 1200 g of raspberries and 460 g of red currants. I unscrewed the raspberries three times at the 3rd speed, it took 6-7 minutes, everything. And I got 850 ml of puree juice! I think this is an excellent result. The bones were 356g. Separately, I scrolled red currants, got 280 ml of juice, 136 g of seeds and skins. I also scrolled at the 3rd speed three times. It took about 5 minutes. I combined the puree juices, added "Zhelfix" 1: 2 and sugar 600g. I put the ready-made mixture to cook, along the way, removing the foam, I got an excellent by-product - raspberry mousse, strong. I went for ice cream. And the seeds of raspberries and red currants were separately dried in a Rommelsbacher dryer to obtain aromatic fiber.
