Millefeuil of white chocolate with avocado cream

Ingredients

White chocolate 300 g
avocado 1 PC
lime 1 PC
ginger root (fresh) 2 cm
condensed milk 4 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Melt white chocolate in a water bath.
  • Using a spoon or spatula, spread the melted chocolate on a silicone mat in a thin layer in the form of several circles with a diameter of 5-7 cm.
  • Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
  • Place the avocado pulp, lime juice, condensed milk and finely grated ginger in a blender.
  • Whisk everything until a smooth cream and refrigerate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Put the cooled cream in a pastry bag.
  • To assemble the dessert, squeeze some cream onto a plate (it will hold the chocolate circle) and place the first chocolate circle. Squeeze the cream from a pastry bag onto it, and then place a second chocolate circle on top. Apply some more cream on top and serve.
