Ingredients

Wheat flour 3 st
Kefir 1 st
Chicken egg 2 pcs.
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Baking soda 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Hard cheese 250 g
Butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • Add 1 egg, sugar, salt and vegetable oil to kefir, mix well.
  • Sift 2 tablespoons of flour (the third glass of flour for adding), add soda, mix and combine with the kefir mass.
  • Knead a soft dough, adding a little flour, the dough will stick a little to your hands. Cover with a napkin and let stand.
  • In the meantime, we are preparing the filling:
  • Grate cheese on a coarse grater, add 1 egg and mix.
  • Divide the dough and form 5 koloboks.
  • Roll out a flat cake from each part of the dough. Put a tablespoon of filling in the middle, collect the edges in the center.
  • Turn the resulting bag over and roll it out a little, then turn it over and roll it out again.
  • Bake khachapuri in a hot frying pan on both sides without oil until golden brown, immediately grease liberally with butter.
