Olya, How interesting............... ...... I love my agar marmalade ... from oranges ... and from watermelon? ... must try ....
and one hundred questions:
and if agar is not flakes, how much is needed?
and if the watermelon is not very tasty, how will it turn out?
and how will it be stored?

AlenKa, I answer in order (from bottom to top).
It is stored perfectly at room temperature - I have been doing it for several years.
The flavor of the original watermelon is not that important. It is successfully corrected with lemon juice and sugar. If only there was a smell!
If you have experience working with agar, then, I think, it is easy to understand how much to put your histo get the consistency that you like it.
Agar is slightly lighter in flakes than in powder. But it is also powdery, too, of different strengths, depending on which algae it is obtained from.
