Ingredients

Flour 400 g
Butter 200 gr.
Sugar 6 tbsp. l
Eggs 2 pcs
Baking powder 1 sachet Dr. Oetker 10 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Filling:
Lemon large with zest or 2 small 1-2 pcs
Sugar 100-150 gr
Butter 30-50 gr.
Starch 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl, add salt. Grind softened butter with sugar until white. Drive in all the eggs one at a time, mix well and combine with the flour mixture. DO NOT KIND !!! Place 1 piece of dough between 2 layers of foil and roll to size slightly larger than the diameter of the mold. Place in a greased form. Pour half of the filling on top. Do the same with the remaining test. Cut off excess dough and pinch the edges. Make punctures on top with a fork. Bake in cold Princess for 18 minutes ......
