Ingredients

Cucumbers 500 BC
Dill 1 bundle
Garlic 4 teeth

Cooking method

  • I propose to cook lightly salted cucumbers according to a very quick recipe! You can take a sample after 2 hours
  • So, wash the cucumbers and get rid of the asses. Finely chop the dill and mix with pepper, cloves and salt. Squeeze the garlic here through a press (or finely chop). Now comes the fun part! We need a bag (aka a bag), the most common plastic one. Put cucumbers and a spicy mixture in it, tie a bag and shake it vigorously, so that all the contents mix well and make friends! I recommend choosing a larger package so that the cucumbers have a place to roam, otherwise it will be difficult to mix everything.
  • When the cucumber dances are over, put the bag in a bowl to avoid leakage, and leave it for two hours at room temperature... Then you can put it in the refrigerator. Of course, the more cucumbers spend time in such

There is a difference! The method is a package option, and the composition of the mixture and salting conditions is the recipe! There is no sugar in my recipe, and I suggest leaving the salt at room temperature (this is the point of quick salting!). The above options are different from mine
