Strawberry panna cotta with strawberry coolie

Ingredients

Cream 33% 150 ml
Strawberry puree 150 ml
Milk 200 m
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Gelatin 9 g
Fresh strawberries for coolies and decor 1-1.5 tbsp.
Whipped cream for serving

Cooking method

  • - Quickly chop a glass of strawberries in a blender and rub through the finest sieve to remove the seeds. Try not to break the bones. We measure out 150 ml.
  • - Heat cream, milk, strawberry puree and sugar hot and add, stirring constantly, Dr. Oetker. If using regular gelatin, soak it in a portion of cold milk beforehand. Heat the mixture a little more, stirring constantly, remove from heat and cool. It is advisable to strain the mixture through a sieve. Pour the mixture into molds. Place in the refrigerator until thickened.
  • - Serve panna cotta with strawberry coolies. To do this, punch the washed and dried strawberries in a blender along with sugar. Put sugar to taste. When the strawberries are sweet, I don't put it. Cut part of the strawberries into cubes and add to the puree. Put all this on top of strawberry jelly tins.
  • The result is complete delight and great cooling.
  • For the winter version, we make strawberry coolies from frozen strawberries. Punch the strawberries in a blender with sugar and boil for several minutes.
  • I love whipped cream - I have not seemed superfluous in any dessert.
