Usually I do it like gnocchi - I ride on a board, but I realized that it was until morning and took this wheel! rolled the dough into a flagellum, and the flagellum with a rolling pin - it turns out a "ribbon" 1.5-2 cm wide and I cut off 1 cm pieces with a wheel. There is a kind of pasta with wavy edges - it turned out one to one, only thicker. Everything is fast, clean - the freezer could not keep up with me (sliced ​​immediately ice cream).
