Cooking method

  • For the filling, grind cookies and peeled almonds into medium-sized crumbs (on the left - cookies, on the right - almonds),

  • Cut the peaches in half, remove the pit and, if it is small, slightly enlarge the hole in the halves of the peaches using a noisette.
