Okroshka on yogurt with feta cheese and avocado

Ingredients

Brynza * 100 g
Natural yoghurt 300 g
The water is cold 200 ml **
Avocado 1 PC.
Fresh cucumber 1 PC.
A tomato 1 PC.
Radish 5 pieces.
Dill beam ***
Mint 1 branch
Green onion 2 pcs.
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Finely chop mint leaves, dill and onion, put in a deep bowl, add a little salt and heat with a crush.
  • Cut feta cheese, avocado, tomato, radish and cucumber into equal small pieces. Transfer to a bowl of herbs.
  • Pour in yogurt. Add as much water as needed for the density of okroshka that you like. Mix everything. Taste for salt and, if necessary, add to taste.
