I haven’t tried this recipe yet .. But in similar ones, though on the extinguishing program, I got a lot of water ... But here, it also happens?
GruSha
In the pilaf mode, all the water boils away, there will definitely not be excess water
Lydia
GruSha, my daughter cooked fish according to your recipe. Recipe from the "simple and tasty" series. Thanks a lot for him! Indeed, in contrast to the "extinguishing" regime, it does not work out liquid. But we didn't have the patience to wait for the cartoon to turn itself off, and after about an hour I turned it off. I was afraid that, like when cooking pilaf (by the way, I now turn it off 10 minutes before the end, if I catch this moment), the bottom will begin to dry out and fry. I turned it off in vain, right? It just seemed that the multicooker was cooking 600 g of fish for too long. But delicious !!!!!!!!! There is only one drawback: TOO tasty, because I ate it in one sitting, but I want more.
Lydia
GruSha, but what about the fact that I did not let the cartoon disconnect itself? Next time I will modify it to automatic shutdown. Probably, my daughter and I really wanted to eat, but the saint would not have resisted that smell.
GruSha
If it is possible to monitor the process, then you can turn it off. I usually forget)))

Girls, why do you turn off in advance? It seems that the "Pilaf" and "Buckwheat" modes differ in frying. That is, if you choose "Buckwheat" you won't have to watch anything!

True? Somehow I didn’t think how these modes differ ... And let's try this option!

Tell me, what kind of fish is better to use for this recipe? Let's say cod will do?
GruSha
ernina, of course you can use any fish.

:) Today I prepared this recipe, in general it turned out not bad))) I just did not calculate. that the seasoning for the fish was salty in itself, in general, a little too salty))) And it upset something else. that the cartoon itself did not turn off and did not go into heating mode))) Or I turned it off earlier, the display was already zero, but it worked))) I think. that during the cooking process, the lid was not closed tightly))) It is necessary to check again, if the heating does not turn on in this option, then it must be carried back to the store)))

Looks awesome, I really want to cook!
what do you think, what can replace tomatoes, my daughter doesn't like them ?!
Bagel
It seems to me you can make a variant of onions, bell peppers and cheese

At the bottom I put one potato, grated with dimes, on top of 500 g of pike perch fillet, spared fish seasoning, then two large onions grated with rings, half a large carrot grated on a Korean grater, and cut the tomatoes small, poured a lot of greens, poured sour cream / mayonnaise half-and-half, turned on "Pilaf", and then unexpected guests appear! Flew away with a bang: delicious and beautiful. Thanks for the recipe.
GruSha
Forgotten recipe ...Thanks for reminding me
