Chicken thighs stuffed with chickpeas using sous vide technology in a Steba DD2 multicooker pressure cooker

Ingredients

Boneless chicken thighs 5 pieces.
Chickpea 200 BC
Bulb onions 2 pcs. average
Carrot 2 pcs. big
Salt, pepper, favorite spices taste

Cooking method

  • Soak chickpeas for 4 hours, boil almost until tender. I boiled it in a multicooker Redmond RMC-01 on the "Soup / Stew" mode for 45 minutes. Chop onions and carrots (I used an electric vegetable cutter) and fry. Rinse chicken thighs and salt.

  • Mix onions, carrots and chickpeas, season with salt, pepper, add your favorite seasonings and fill the thighs with this mixture.

  • Place them in vacuum bags and evacuate. I did it using the Ellrona VA22 vacuum sealer.

  • Place the packages in a multicooker (I have Steba DD2), set 63 degrees, 3 hours in the "Heating" mode. The process of putting into the bowl is given here. Then let cool in a slow cooker. Without opening the packages, send them to the refrigerator. The final photo shows that as a result we get stuffed chicken thighs in meat jelly.
  • Serve as a cold snack or reheat in the microwave or air fryer.
