Carrot orange jelly

Ingredients

Carrot 4 things.
Orange juice 500 ml
Gelatin 2 tsp
Boiled water (cold) 100 ml
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Lemon zest 1/4 tsp

Cooking method

  • Pour gelatin with cold boiled water and leave to swell for 30 minutes, then heat until dissolved (I melted it in the microwave).
  • While the gelatin swells, grate the peeled carrots on a fine grater, pour in orange juice, add sugar and cook for 15 minutes. Then put the carrots in a colander and squeeze out, it will make a wonderful salad, into which, if you wish, you can add nuts and season with sour cream or honey. Mix the liquid with melted gelatin and zest. Pour in portions and refrigerate to solidify.
