Celery, cheese and milk drink

Ingredients

Stalked celery 100 g
Cheese (I have Gouda) 60 gr.
Cold pasteurized milk 125 ml.

Cooking method

  • Grind the celery and squeeze the juice. Or use a juicer. Pour slightly more than half of the cheese, celery juice, milk into the blender bowl and beat well with a whisk for 1 minute. Before serving, sprinkle the drink with the remaining grated cheese. Serve well chilled.
