Kiwi 2 pcs.
Banana 2 pcs.
Chocolate 150 g

Cooking method

  • Everything is as simple as it is cute. Peel the fruit, cut it: kiwi - into 1.5 cm thick circles, bananas - into two or three parts, stick a stick into each part and send it to the freezer for a while. Dissolve the chocolate broken into pieces in a water bath or in the microwave to a liquid state and alternately dip the fruit on a stick into it. Until the frosting is completely frozen, decorate the future "ice cream" as desired and send it back to the freezer until it finally hardens. A cold, refreshing and healthy dessert is ready!

And bananas will not freeze, they have no juice. Then the chocolate also quickly solidifies on the fruit, and the finished fruit can be placed horizontally in the cold curing oven. If you are still afraid, stick it, like in my photo, into something for an emphasis.
