Tuna in sesame seeds with seaweed garnish

Ingredients

tuna 200gr
sesame seeds black and white
odorless oil
dried algae wakme 50gr
salt to taste
spicy mayonnaise sauce

Cooking method

  • We often order this dish in a Japanese restaurant. But you can easily cook it at home!
  • Cut the tuna into thin strips the size of a matchbox floor, salt. Roll in colored sesame and put on a hot frying pan with a little oil. We fry literally 2-4 minutes. If the fish is fresh, then even less, the inside should remain pink. Well, if the tuna is frozen, then we will fry it to the end. Don't forget to turn it over!

  • Put the seaweed on a plate and spread the fish pieces around.

Tuna, for my taste, is almost like meat. And such a dish can become a complete lunch / dinner. Seaweed is very satisfying and serves as a wonderful and very healthy side dish.
