I, of course, not Ganya, but I can offer dorado or sea bass. I think the Congrio will be good too. The bones are all right there.
Gasha
Lyudok, in principle, any juicy fish ... but I think that pollock will be tasty too ... I also like to pour lemon juice before eating

I caught fire with a fish in sesame seeds. Stocked up on everything you need, cooked. And - sadness. The cooked fish is very bitter due to the sesame crust. I tried sesame seeds from a pack - it also tastes bitter. I have never worked with sesame seeds before. Is it "wrong" for me, or can I somehow get rid of this bitterness?

RapunzelIt's a pity .. it's because of the sesame, yes .. there is a lot of oil in it, and sesame goes rancid if stored for a long time. apparently, you didn't get very fresh .. I somehow lay around for a long time, so it also began to taste very bitter, threw it away, and did not figure out what to do with it ..
Gasha
Rapunzel , Luda, answered you correctly ... Any nuts and seeds can turn rancid from long or improper storage

What a pity. But the idea was born, I will unsubscribe based on the results. I really liked the sour cream marinade for fish. Next time I will definitely bake it in it. And you can sprinkle a little sesame seeds on top. If I can find a good one.

I report: I marinated the fish according to the recipe. I added a bit of turmeric for color and Provencal herbs to the marinade. Then pieces of fish in a fantastically aromatic sauce went to the frying pan and into the warm embrace of the oven. About 10 minutes before cooking, sprinkled with sesame seeds. What we have is a wonderful aroma when cooking, which brings the spouse out of morning sleep like a marmot from a hole. And a wonderful tender fish, well, sooooooo delicious. Gasha, accept our love.

Rapunzel, smart girl !!! So wonderfully painted everything !!! I am very glad that I liked the fish!
