Fish soup in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Bulb 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Rast. frying oil 2 tbsp. l.
Olive or Rust salad oil
(with smell)
2 tbsp. l.
Potatoes 4-5 pcs.
Tilapia
or 2 salmon steaks
3 fillets
Salt, spices, water

Cooking method

  • (the quantities are approximate, since I always cook by eye)
  • On the program \ "baking \" for 10 minutes, fry on rast. oil onions and carrots.
  • Fill with boiling water, add potatoes, add a little salt and set for 20 minutes in the "steaming" mode, putting pieces of fish on a double boiler (I usually take either tilapia fillets or salmon steaks - a matter of taste). At the same time, the fish should be salted, seasoned with spices (I take a mixture of dried herbs) and a little flavored with vegetable (with a smell) or olive oil.
  • We take out the double boiler, the cartoon can be turned off by closing the lid. The fish will cool down a little - choose the bones. Add the fish to the soup and put it on "steam" for a minute. You can eat.
