Grated beets 250 g
Grated (or dry) garlic 2 prongs
Unrefined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
FILLING IN THE DOUGH:
Beet cubes 1 medium
Diced carrots 1 medium
Canned peas 3-5 tbsp. l.
DECORATION:
Anchovies (optional) 1 jar
Green onion A couple of twigs
Pickles 1-2 pieces
Red onion 1 PC. for decoration
Salt, ground pepper, sugar and vegetable oil. taste

Cooking method

  • So I decided to joke, what a competition without jokes and good mood! Since you can roll anything into the dough, my idea was this: to make bread, in which you could find all the ingredients that make up the vinaigrette. All these are my fantasies and a thirst for experiment.
  • It is clear that the more useful fillers, the healthier the bread is. Here this idea is brought almost to the point of absurdity .. Well, let's try and see what happens at the output.
  • Of course, it was possible to obtain a pure pink bread using only white flour. But white bread with vinaigrette somehow doesn't go well. And benefit is at the forefront of us. Therefore, I added whole grain rye flour to the dough.

  • - Boil beets, carrots and peeled potatoes separately. Peel the beets and carrots, save the potato broth.
  • - Pour the flour with potato broth and pickle brine, add yeast, mix and let stand for 15 minutes.
  • Add the beets grated on a medium grater and knead the dough. At the end of the batch, add the grated garlic, salt, sugar and vegetable oil.
  • Let the dough fit well and do one workout.
