Ingredients

Wheat flour 100 g
Semolina flour 100 g
Granulated sugar 5 g
White malt 1 g
Dry yeast 0.5 g
Warm water 250 ml.
Dough

Salt 5 g
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Powdered milk 1 tbsp. l.
Filing
Granulated sugar 60 g
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cooking dough - mix everything dry with water, mix - I mixed it in a bread maker on a short kneading program, leave it right in a bucket for 3 hours. The dough should bubble very well.

You can let the dough rise for 2 hours - while putting 30 g of granulated sugar in the snack; but it is better to let it ripen well - then 60 g.
  • The dough increased in size very well overnight.
