And I conceived them a long time ago, but put everything off. Although the ink of the cuttlefish bought in Italy was an eyesore, it was all out of place and at the wrong time to bake it. And then the reason appeared! Indeed, in the terms of the competition it is said that baked goods should not only be healthy, but also beautiful.
Of course, I assumed how unexpected and unusual it would look. But what will turn out so stylishly and beautifully, honestly, I did not expect it myself!
For good, I added a pounded nori leaf, replacing it with part of the salt put according to the rules.
Cuttlefish ink added for the blackness of the dough, like all seafood and their ingredients, is beneficial in that it contains trace elements and iodine.
Sprinkled on top with nigella - seeds of Nigella, a truly unique plant without stretching.
We measure the flour and be sure to sift it into the kneader's saucepan.
Add yeast, steeped milk and water. Stir and leave to swell the gluten for 15 minutes.

At this time, we take the egg and very carefully mix the cuttlefish ink with it. I think that it would be good to mix it with water, but then it is difficult to estimate the amount of liquid added to the flour, because sometimes you have to adjust.

Add the egg to the dough and start kneading at low speed. Gradually add salt moistened with water, sugar and add the softened butter piece by piece. Finally, stir in the nori leaf powder. You can do without it, but I wanted to enhance the "sea" note in the taste.

Knead the dough very thoroughly so that the ink completely disperses and colors the dough evenly. After all, we can no longer add flour, since we need to preserve the black color of the bun.

We leave the dough to come up once in a bowl, then take out, form with greased ras. a ball with butter and put in a greased rast. butter bowl. Cover with a hat and let it come up in a warm place twice.
