Yes, I cut a banana on top, baked it on a medium burner somewhere 7 cm, but preheated the pan. maybe it wasn’t, because the sugar is decent and in the middle the rim began to burn, so I couldn’t stand it for 10 minutes, probably about 7 minutes on strong, sometimes on small. I did not pour water into the tray. It was baked normally, next time I'll take less sugar and something sour on top (a plum like yours, or a cherry)
