Ingredients

Paste 250 g
Olive oil for pasta 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tbsp. l.
For mussels:
Boiling water 100 g
Boiled-frozen mussels 300 gr.
Adyghe salt 1 tbsp. l.
Dried dill twig
For the sauce:
Cream 10% 250 gr.
Bulb onions 1/2 head
Garlic 1 tooth
Olive oil for frying 2 tbsp. l.
Butter for frying 30-50 gr.
Dried or frozen greens 1 tbsp. l.
Flour 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Salt to taste

Cooking method

  • Preparation of mussels:
  • First, let's defrost our mussels. Let's wash it out. We boil the water and, together with the Adyghe salt (well, I can't live without it), pour the mussels with a sprig of dill. Close tightly.
