cauliflower
vegetable oil (olive)
garlic
thyme (can be dry)
salt

Cooking method

  • Outrageously simple and delicious!
  • The main key to success is not to overexpose in the oven! Observe the baking time exactly, and you will be happy!
  • Preheat the oven to 220-230 with or without convection to the maximum.
  • Break the cabbage into inflorescences (do not grind).
  • Pound the garlic with salt into a gruel. Of course, it is more convenient and faster to do it in a mortar, but you can also use the plane of a knife on a cutting board.
  • Stir the garlic with the oil and thyme leaves (you can use dry).
  • If the garlic was pounded in a mortar, then knead everything right there. If not, mix everything in a small bowl (bowl, shallow cup). I explain why: take the inflorescence by the stem and dip it with its head in the oil marinade.
  • Spread the cabbage as it is dipped in a baking dish.
  • Baked cauliflower
  • Bake 15 minutes for medium-sized flowers, 20 minutes for large ones.
  • The maximum time is indicated !!! Anyone who loves completely crispy cabbage, and believes that there is no hot raw, can shorten baking by 3-5 minutes.
