I baked these delicious pancakes today. I will not repeat myself, I can only say that they "fly away" instantly, I think that says it all.
Only now my dough almost ran away in 45 minutes, everything was so bubbly, although it was just standing on the table. I decided to interfere with it, and it flooded up like champagne even more. I baked today, too, in a small frying pan, there was only such a "well-worn" aluminum kukmara, but the pancakes were perfectly baked and turned over.

Good day. I baked pancakes according to this recipe. I didn’t leave a single step either from products or from technology. I want to share my impressions. I must say right away that I did not read the thread on purpose, so that nothing could affect the review.
I did not experience any difficulties in cooking. Baked in a pancake pan, cast iron. Turn over easily. I added a little warm water, as the dough became thicker after rest.
Pancakes really get into a hole. Beautiful, ruddy, delicate. A lovely sight.
But still, the pancakes are somewhat tougher than the usual ones on flour, although the semolina used M - soft. And the taste of semolina is felt. The husband does not respect semolina and he did not like these pancakes, although I kept quiet about semolina. But the children ate with pleasure. And the pancake tasted interesting to me, just a little more next time I'll put in salt if I happen to bake it.
It seems to me that these pancakes are really better to do with some fillings. There is almost always juice in the filling, which will make the pancake softer, more tender or something.
And yet, with so many products, too many pancakes came out. It seems to me that it is quite possible to make 0.5 servings, especially since it takes a lot of time to bake all the pancakes according to the recipe.And the dough by the end of baking ceased to be fluffy, bubbly, began to resemble the usual yeast-free pancake dough. The last pancakes were smooth, not delicate, although this did not affect the taste.
