Pizza lazy cook

Ingredients

flour 200 g
baking powder 1 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp
kefir 200 g
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
ketchup 2 tbsp. spoons
spices for pizza taste
ham or sausage 200 g
onion 1 PC.
a tomato 1 PC.
olives 10-12 pcs.
rennet cheese (any) 100-120 g
mozzarela cheese 50 g

Cooking method

  • Combine the sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Add kefir and vegetable oil. Mix well with a spoon or spatula. The dough is ready. Cover it with foil and set aside while the filling is being prepared.
  • For the filling, cut the ham into thin strips. Cut the onion into small cubes, cut the tomato in half and then thinly. Cut the olives into slices. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
  • We collect pizza:
  • Put the dough on baking paper or a silicone mat and, with your hands soaked in vegetable oil, stretch it in a circle with a diameter of 30 cm. Anoint with ketchup, sprinkle with spices (I have oregano, basil and tarragon) and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Arrange the ham, onion, tomato slices and olives. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cut the mozzarella into small petals and spread on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at temp. 200 degrees.

Time for preparing:

20 minutes preparation + 3 minutes baking

Note

It took me 3 minutes to make the dough. Well, for cutting the filling for about 15 minutes.
As a result, a quick pizza to the table and at least dirty dishes: one bowl of dough, a chopping board and a knife.

And I decided this time to bake pizza in the form. I did not like it at all, I will not do this anymore.
Firstly, the shape is slightly smaller than the princess one, 28 cm. Therefore, the dough lay in a slightly thicker layer.
Secondly, it was baked for 30 minutes longer. But I still had to wash the princess.
The amount of dough is really just perfect for a diameter of 30 cm. And it is much faster in time than in a mold.

It took in time exactly the same as yours and even faster, because I did not stretch it with my hands with butter, but immediately put the tomato sauce and, spreading it and stretching the pizza. By the way, the dough turned out to be very pliable, just stretched over the Princess.

I sometimes bake on a Teflon rug, a thin one, very much like a piece of parchment paper. Then I don't grease it with anything, nothing ever sticks to it. I tried it on parchment, but I didn't like it, it stuck to death, barely tore it off. Sometimes I bake on a silicone mat. But most often I just grease the bottom of the princess with a brush and, with my hands greased with vegetable oil, I distribute the dough along the bottom, make small sides.
The main thing is not to overdo it with the filling. Out of greed, I will pile everything, but more ... That's when, especially when something juicy, there is a lot of moisture, it starts to leak under the bottom of the pizza, it is more difficult to burn and wash the princess. Then I soak it for 20 minutes and wipe off the sticks.
If there is not a lot of filling, then there is practically nothing to wash, wiped it with a damp cloth and cleanly.
From this norm of products in the princess, it is precisely a thin pizza that is obtained. Once I tried to add 50% test. I did not like it, I returned to the original version.
