Korean style carrot

Ingredients

Carrot 500g.
Bulb onions 1pc. (Large)
Garlic 3-4 cloves.
Marinade :
Vegetable oil 65ml.
Vinegar 9% 65ml.
Sugar 2h l. without a slide.
Salt 1h l. with a slide.
Ground coriander 1 st. l.
Hot red pepper 1/4 tsp

Cooking method

  • Easy to prepare, fast to eat!

  • Well, let's get started ...
  • Wash carrots, peel, three on a grater for Korean carrots.
  • Cut the onion into small cubes.
  • We mix everything.
  • We prepare the first part of the marinade, i.e.:
  • Heat the vinegar, and add sugar, salt, coriander. Stir until smooth and pour onto our carrot. We press lightly with handles. Squeeze the top with a slide through a press / finely chop the garlic.
  • We are preparing the second part of our "Marlezon ballet", marinade, ie:
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan until it is "well hot" and add cr. pepper, it will hiss, it's good!
  • We hold for 25-30 seconds, and pour our oil directly onto the garlic.
  • We mix everything well, put it in a jar and in a chlodrylnik for 1-2 hours.
  • Then we eat with gusto !!!!

I rub the carrots, salt, add sugar, pour in vinegar and leave for half an hour; I cut the onion and fry in oil until very brown, then remove it from the oil, and heat the oil a little more. Then I pour the oil onto the carrot, from which the vinegar has already been squeezed out and spices and squeezed garlic have been added. Cover the bowl with the carrots tightly with a hot, thick oil pan and let the pan cool, then mix the carrots well with two forks.
I did this to beets and radishes. And in the mix.
