Rye lavash cracker (Princess 115000 pizza maker)

Ingredients

Rye flour 200 gr.
salt 0.5 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
water 100 ml
dry yeast 1 tsp
Sprinkling
Poppy seeds, sesame seeds, sweet paprika

Cooking method

  • The bread maker has the "Yeast dough" or "Pizza" mode.
  • Cut a circle out of baking paper to fit the bottom.
  • Put a silicone mat on the table, a paper circle on it.
  • Roll out the dough (I knead it with my hands, moistening them with cold water).
  • Lightly grease the dough with water, sprinkle with seasonings, roll with a rolling pin, cut.

  • Using the rug, transfer the circle to the Princess. If the cutting knife is plastic, then everything can be done right in the stove.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • P.S. In "Teskom" there are frames for cutting with "sticks" and other "squares", so they would fit.
  • P.S.S. The water can be replaced with any pickle from cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage or tomato juice. Then the salt is not needed.

In my old (2010) recipes, I stumbled upon this one, could not pass by, I remember that I baked it many times in the oven, and then abandoned it, maybe I got tired of it, or switched to something else. Then the recipe was based on motives wandering on very many culinary sites, I replaced white flour and honey with rye and sugar.
