Ingredients

Softened butter 100 g
Sour cream 15% 200 g
Sugar 150 g
Boiled potatoes (mashed) 100 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Corn starch 15 g
Salt pinch
Soda 1 \ 2h. l.
Vinegar 1 \ 2st. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat butter, sugar, potatoes, sour cream.
  • Add flour, starch, salt, slaked soda.
  • Knead the dough to the consistency of thick sour cream.
  • Grease the mold with butter, lay out the dough, tap the mold on the table to fill the voids.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C. The exact time depends on your oven. I got 50 minutes.
  • Remove the form from the oven, leave for 10 minutes! This is important, nothing more and nothing less! Flip the cupcake onto a plate. If you use the usual form, then turn the cake immediately from the form onto a plate.
