Cooking method

  • On the bright holiday of Easter, you can prepare sand tartlets with curd filling and raisins. Make a nest from marzipan and put marzipan eggs there.
  • Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  • Mix flour, salt, cinnamon and zest. Add to the egg mass.
  • Knead the dough. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Roll out the dough, cut it into tartlets with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Lay out the bottom and sides of the mold, prick the bottom of the dough with a fork so as not to swell. Bake in oven at 180 ° C until golden brown.
  • Stir cottage cheese, sugar, raisins, egg, starch, vanilla. Pour into a baked shortbread base and bake for 10 minutes. at 180 ° C.
  • Sculpt eggs from marzipan, you can put a nut in each. Decorate the tartlets with marzipan, in the form of a nest. I put raisins and freeze-dried raspberries in the filling for flavor and color.
