The first time I baked it almost strictly according to the recipe, only without berries at all (I'm greedy for this) and instead of baking powder, the recipe found here on the bread maker (soda + lemon + flour, in equal parts).Butter 200ml it turns out 170g (it's easier for me in grams, maybe someone else will come in handy), put 100g of sugar, 2 eggs went out to 125g.
It turned out to be a wonderful, lush and very tall cupcake, but I just don't know how to wait at all, I took it out of the multi almost immediately and it fell almost half way.
They kept it hot, of course! What I want to say, let me remind you that the oil went into it after some time of using it in a deep fryer, I didn't seem to taste any potatoes or pies fried on it, but I decided to continue to pour less oil here, there was not enough sugar 100g, but soda and lemon felt very well
The second time, the second time does not count - I only found out after twenty minutes that I had forgotten to press "start" on the mult. kefir -150gr

baking powder (I have soda + lemon + flour, in equal parts) -1h. l. from the bread machine
What I want to say, replacing 70g of butter for 70g of kefir for the second time, I saw in the end the dough is much more liquid than the first time, so for the third time I took a little smaller eggs and 20g less kefir and everything was exactly a little thinner than the first times, but the cake has risen perfectly and still I will try to give a drop of less liquid.

Rust oil - 4 tbsp. l. (80 ml)
Sugar - 0.5 tbsp
Flour - 1.5-2 tbsp (until thick sour cream)
Raisins - 2 handfuls
Semolina for sprinkling (optional)

Mix kefir and soda and leave for 10 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients according to the list and leave for another 30 minutes. (I often send it to baked goods right away), grease the form with butter and sprinkle with semolina (it is not necessary in the cartoon), it is advisable to roll dried fruits in semolina.
I mix it with a regular whisk.
From this quantity, a low cake is obtained, if more is needed, then we increase the number of products by 1.5-2 times. I have a popular version for 1.5 servings.
