Girls, I want to buy a slow cooker, oval, but now I have doubts, is it worth it?

Now I will explain why I doubt it.

My friend has an oval multicooker, I don't remember which company, one of the first oval ones that appeared in stores.

In general, there condensation collects on the lid and drains around the bowl.

Although this multicooker has a built-in container at the back for collecting condensate, the water accumulated on the lid during cooking, when you open the lid, flows into the groove on the multicooker body. And nothing gets into the condensate container!

She's in a panic, doesn't know what to think defect or not? If moisture flows into the groove, then why is this container for moisture behind ??? !!!

And now I already think, maybe, well, her, this oval mulvar, since everything is so dumb there?

Girls, I beg you, who has oval multicooker, explain to me what's what! And where should this condensate flow in an oval multicooker? Provided that the multicooker is serviceable?

help !! SOS!

mine is not oval. but the same thing, I wiped it off and that's it, I don't understand panic

I have two oval ones and everything is fine, there is not so much condensation to panic. Condensation collects in the grooves around the bowl, blot with a cloth and that's it.

I also really like that the condensate accumulates in the groove and also does not reach the drip tray, wiped it off and everything is in order.

And I have oval MVs. No problem and no panic. One with a drip tray, I can take it off and forget to put it, because the condensate is all in the groove.
Does not fall into the bowl.

I am not at all thrilled with drip pans. As a rule, they are small, not roomy, poorly washed (it is not convenient to get to the bottom). If you forget to pour it out in time, then it starts dripping to the surface. Whether it's the case when it flows into the groove around the lid, wiped it with a napkin and order

Thanks friends!!! You helped a lot! So, you can safely take the oval one, and my friend does not have a marriage, but all the rules!

I, too, is going into a groove under the roof, it's okay, there has never been such a thing that it poured on the table or on the ten, as many complain. There is not so much condensation. After all, the multicooker regulates the temperature and does not allow it to boil too much.

Now, I also don’t understand, what’s wrong with my cartoon? Why do you need a container for condensate if the steam rushes through the valve. The water has evaporated the dish (beef) is one third ready, that is, raw! Please tell me who knows, in what cases should condensate drain into the container? I already want to eat very much!

When opened, it flows from the lid either into a groove or into a drip tray.

Thank you, everything is clear! As it turns out, everything is simple!

The shape of the multicooker is not important. It is important how the collection of condensate is generally implemented.
Of all my large fleet of equipment, drip collectors work correctly only in Bork and Kuku, correctly, that is, all moisture goes into the drip tray, nothing gets on the table.
It also works in Panasonic, but a little moisture from the valve can drip onto the table and side. Nothing wrong.
Of course, when this function works well in MV, it is very convenient. They wash perfectly, and in most cases it is enough to simply pour out the water and dry it.

Here in Brand 6051, although there is a drip tray, it is absolutely not working, all the water is on the side and from the valve on the table. We wipe and do not steam)
In Brand 502, I had to deepen the holes in the drip tray a little, otherwise it did not work, it was done initially incorrectly, the slope was not observed.
