Cooking method

  • Pour kefir and sour cream into a bowl, add soda, baking powder and mix well with a fork. Add the egg, grated cheese, salt, mix, then pour all the flour and mix well.

  • Lubricate the churrosmaker with vegetable oil, plug it in and warm it up.
  • Fill the form with dough and bake for 4-5 minutes.
