Ingredients

soft cottage cheese 250 grams
Jubilee cookies 200 grams
cream 10% 2 tablespoons
eggs c-0 2 pieces
dark chocolate 100g
chocolate white 50 grams
baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
salt a small pinch

Cooking method

  • Make crumb out of cookies.
  • Break the dark chocolate into small pieces.
  • Divide the eggs into yolks and whites.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave for another 10 minutes.
  • The baking time depends on the thickness of the baked layer. In my 10 by 23 shape, I got 3 cm.
  • Willingness to test with a stick.
  • Take out the form, carefully pull out the baked loaf and put it on the wire rack. Immediately, directly on the hot, rub white chocolate over the entire top.
  • Carefully, with a sharp knife, cut into 6 equal pieces, push them apart a little and cool completely.
