  • First of all, preheat the oven to 120 ° С (I have a minimum of 130 ° C)
  • Lubricate the form with butter (my glass dish is 20x20 cm, height 5 cm. I always cook in it)
  • Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa, add spices *, egg, milk, butter, salt, vanilla.
  • Stir with a whisk or spoon (You don't even need to dirty the mixer. So to speak, without unnecessary gestures!).

  • Top with cane sugar and ginger. We spread 6 pieces of butter and pour boiling water on top.
  • We put in a preheated oven up to 120 ° C for 30 minutes.

Very tasty and spicy! For winter, that's it! Especially when you come after a long walk in the forest, skiing or ice skating!
* If you don't like too spicy sweet cakes, add only ginger to the dough.
Can be served with cream. Whip the cream 33% add 2-3 tbsp. l of liquor or alternatively a scoop of ice cream / syrup.
It is tastier and more pleasant to eat when it is still warm.
Serve on the table right in the form. Or spread it with a spatula on portioned plates.
