Fresh raspberries (fresh frozen) 400 g
ALMOND COOKIES
Ground almonds 250 g

IMPREGNATION:
Raspberry juice with sugar or raspberry syrup, cherry liqueur.

  • The publication of the novel was a great literary event. But the inhabitants of the city of Lübeck, where the writer was born in 1885 into the family of a respected large merchant and senator, were not up for jubilation. They hardly tried to maintain peace of mind behind the facades of their noble patrician houses, because a deserter and a traitor, "who escaped from the arrest of his cramped hometown," who betrayed his origin, had knowledge of the burgher environment from within, which gave his novel the significance of a chronicle. And this was no longer just a literary work, but an exposure of reality, which it was impossible not to take seriously. The people in the characters recognized themselves.
  • The offended residents of Lubeck, only 3 months before the death of Thomas Mann in May 1955, were honored to recognize him as an honorary citizen of their city. Well, how did the escaped writer still achieve something in life, eventually began to lead a respectable lifestyle, and the market value of the Nobel Prize in terms of marks and pfennig was far from small!
  • It cannot be said that the writer returned to normal, but the conduct of a "decent - bourgeois life" gave him confidence. With a simple biscuit, I would not recommend doing it, it seems to me that it can get too wet.
  • After all, if you serve dessert in glasses, then you can use delicious ready-made cookies.
  • This will be the basis for the dessert in the form of a cake or crumb for serving in portions.

  • - Chop the almonds well with one teaspoon of sugar in a food processor, beat the proteins with sugar until hard peaks, gently mix the almonds and whipped proteins. Put small cakes on a baking sheet on a non-stick mat or paper and bake in an oven preheated to 160 g until a pleasant beige color.

  • Whisk the chilled cream into a dense mass. Combine whipped cream and egg mixture. Knead well, trying not to sediment.

  • - Decorate the dessert with berries on top and set in the cold to solidify for at least four hours.
  • That is, the dessert can be served in the form of a cake or portioned in glasses.
  • That's how I quickly put together a mini cake for a gift in portions. The jelly was made in the evening, the cream is fresh, the biscuit is now not translated, I even freeze it just in case. I just had to quickly organize a small cake.
  • I cut out the jelly and cake from the blanks. Soaked the cake. She put raspberry jelly on top.
