I have always baked for this in the oven and in an ordinary multicooker, it always comes out well.

Ingredients:
Eggs - 6 pcs.
Cottage cheese - 750 g
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.
Semolina Kurpa - 1 tbsp.
Raisins - 200 g
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp.

1) Separate the yolks from the whites. Yolks, 1 glass of sugar, cottage cheese, boiled sugar and a crumbling agent are well mixed until smooth, you can in a blender, especially if the cottage cheese is dry and grainy.

3) Beat the whites until white foam, add the remaining half a glass of sugar and beat until firm.

4) Combine together the yolk-curd mass with whipped egg whites and semolina.Mix thoroughly, but without zeal, so that the proteins do not lose their splendor.

5) Sprinkle the mold with butter and sprinkle with semolina or flour.

6) Bake for 1 hour at medium temperature.
In the Multikuzin, I first switched on the Multicooker program to level 1 for 20 minutes. So the casserole begins to warm up from below and rise well, while the top is not yet baked without a crust, so the top does not burst like a volcano. Then another 30-40 minutes on the "cake / pie" program level 2.
Such a two-stage baking, this is just my guess, next time I will try to bake only on one program from start to finish. Perhaps this is an extra precaution, but this is the method I have always used for the oven.
