Wheat-oat bread from 2nd grade flour

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 grades (gray) 2 cups
Oat flour 2/3 cup
Water (or milk) 300 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 1 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • cup 240 ml
  • It prepares quickly, 2 hours, so it's convenient for me. I tried to bake the same in the Italian bread mode - horror. Only gluten-free.
  • If there is no gray flour, then white flour works fine too, just gray is healthier. You can also try to mix white with bran. I have no bran now, only wheat germ, but I will try. And instead of oatmeal, you can take buckwheat flour, or corn flour, I tried something, but forgot the results. The main thing is that I have found a mode and proportions for myself, then I will experiment with types of flour.
  • I really like that this bread is healthy and in just 2 hours.

Note

I modified the Italian bread recipe and baked it gluten-free on Panasonic. Very tasty and healthy.

I am not skillful, and I just turned out to be low, because with this flour it does not rise much.
By the way, I haven't done it for a long time, I have to repeat it. Maybe add gluten to try?

Hell several times already, it turns out maa-ahon, but delicious.
I ran out of oatmeal, but I didn't know where to attach the millet. I tried it, I liked it. I counted flour into grams, here is the recipe:
1 tsp yeast
60 gr. millet flour
260 g wheat flour 2 grades
0.8 tsp salt
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
300 ml water
The mode is gluten-free.
I wonder if you count on a larger bun, will it bake?

I also noticed a tendency, IMHO, premium flour loves the saf-moment more, but 1-2 grades - Dr. Oetker.

I took oatmeal flour and second grade, as in bread.
I replaced the cream with milk, boiling water for milk too (warmed in the microwave).
