  • The proportions can of course be changed. Sometimes I don't use nuts at all (that's why I wrote in the ingredients "from 0"). If you are not used to diluting mayonnaise in salads with anything, then you can exclude sour cream.

  • I boil hard-boiled eggs (8-10 minutes), cool in water and clean.
  • I rub the peeled raw carrots on a grater (I have a circular Moulinex, you can use a grater for Korean carrots). I fry in a frying pan, add a little oil, cover it with a lid after a couple of minutes and steam until tender. It is convenient to do such roasting in the BBK grill.

Ligra, I have never completely replaced mayonnaise with sour cream in that recipe. Still, it gives its OWN taste to the dish. But, of course, you can try. Once I made a version of refueling similar to Ritin for "Olivier". I used regular salt, added a little cucumber juice for flavor. It wasn't bad.
How fat the salad will be depends only on you. I do it practically without oil. And the husband (he prepares the salad on March 8), on the contrary, directly fries it in it. The taste is different.
In your case (when using sour cream sauce), I would choose a fattier roast (a cross between my version and my husband's). Try it!
