Ingredients

Minced pork + beef 200 g
cream 50 ml
onion 1 PC
mashed cranberries 2 tbsp. l.
white bun 1 PC
parsley 1 tbsp. l.
salt pepper taste
vegetable oil 0,5 l
lettuce leaves 50 g
red onion 1 PC
fennel half 1 pc
Apple 1 PC
radish 2 pcs
mashed cranberries 2 tbsp. l.
honey 1 tbsp. l.
wine vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Soak the bun in the cream.
  • Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
  • Chop the parsley finely.
  • Salt and pepper the minced meat, add fried onions, parsley, cranberry puree and a softened bun with cream. Mix the minced meat well.
  • Form the meatballs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the meatballs until golden brown.
  • Slice the fennel thinly.
  • Peel the apple, cut into slices.
  • Cut the red onion and radish into thin rings.
  • For the sauce: mix cranberry puree with honey, vinegar and olive oil.
  • Put salad, vegetables on a plate, arrange meatballs and crispbread. Drizzle with sauce.
