As a matter of fact, recently I have been the owner of a similar device and would like to discuss the purchase with the same users. And on a neighboring friendly forum, the topic appeared as soon as the multicooker was announced, but now it is deserted and lonely.
Yula711
Good afternoon, could you tell us about this model, since you are the owner))) how does he cope with baking bread and other dishes? Porridge for example? Does this model have any features?))) I will be very grateful for the answer
Sannyshka
Not much to say. I cooked porridge, aspic, boiled pasta. Little things. And then I spent a week in the hospital, gave birth, and now somehow it’s not up to her) I tried to bake the bread, but I broke something in the proportions, fell. If you have experience using a bread maker, then I think you will get excellent bread. Inside was baked, delicious.
Yula711
Thank you for your answer)) and milk porridge did not run away?
Sannyshka
And did not think) There the temperature is 96-98 degrees. The only thing is active boiling on the oatmeal mode, since it is intended for oatmeal.
Yula711
Thanks for the information, I will now reflect)))

Good day. I want to share my impressions of this multicooker-bread maker. Maybe my review will be useful to someone. I also chose for a long time, looked and came to the conclusion that this particular unit would be optimal because of the small kitchen. I got more because of the bread machine. The multicooker function is less important to me. Previously used a Panasonic bread maker. Therefore, there is something to compare with. I got it 10 days ago at M-Video, for 3000 rubles, using all the bonuses and cards. The price is more than decent. I baked bread 2 times, 1 time a cake. All according to the recipes from the book that came with the kit. The cupcake did not work at all, because it turned out that there was an error in the recipe. The bread turned out, but the result was not entirely satisfied. I think the point is that there is little time for proving and raising the dough. Since the average time in programs for this unit is 3 hours. And in the bread maker that I used before, the minimum time is 4 hours, the maximum time is 6 hours. There the bread was excellent according to all the recipes. I will try using a multi-cook to achieve the desired result, increasing the time for raising the dough, and using other time-tested recipes. In a slow cooker, I cooked only milk porridge, putting it on a delayed start. At the same time, the cooking time was reduced to 50 minutes. But it turned out that this time is not enough, and the porridge did not have time to cook. I had to cook it manually. In general, for now I put 4.
Sannyshka
I also really do not like that it takes an hour to cook porridge. And it's good if an hour is enough. The recommendations generally cost 1.15-1.30. A very long time...
As for the bread, depending on the programs, it is cooked for about 4 hours. I had it at 3.50 in time. I have nothing to compare with, but on the multicooker website, users cooked according to recipes and they got wonderful tall breads. And to be honest, I don't understand why even more time is needed for proofing. On the contrary, I wanted to manually reduce, or put less yeast, because it rises too quickly.
gala78
for me the bread, on the contrary, turns out to be dense, not airy. at Panasonic the program for French bread is 6 hours long. And in Polaris for 3 hours. 50 minutes That is why I think that there may not be enough time for raising the dough. And yet, I don’t like the fact that in Polaris the top is not fried at all. The bottom and sides are baked well, but the top is almost white. I tried to use recipes from Panasonic. The result is the same anyway. The bread is dense, not as airy as we would like. And I tried different flour, and changed the yeast.
Sannyshka
Then a really multi-cook as an option. It's just that my dough rose to the top of the bowl (900g according to the recipe from the booklet) and there is simply nowhere to go higher. Although ... the bread was clearly not 900g. Shop brick 700g and that will be bigger. So you are probably right, the dough is really dense. When I was buying, I thought I would bake bread every day, but now this bowl is standing, waiting for its finest hour. I cook only in a slow cooker.
gala78
I bake at 700 gr. And what do you cook in a slow cooker? I have a gas stove. It seems to me faster on gas. Therefore, I will not start cooking in a slow cooker. I also tried to stew the chicken, before that I wanted to fry it, but I did not understand what kind of frying mode it was. Without waiting for it to be well fried, I set the stewing mode.
Sannyshka
I don't use a slow cooker too often. I have an electric stove, everything is cooked on it 2-3 times faster. I didn't like the frying either, it was rather weak and fried for a long time. The power is small, 2 times less than that of the stove. The last times I cooked 2 times pilaf, goulash, buckwheat (not boiled, I did not like it). The meat is delicious on stewing, but again, cook at least an hour. If beef, then at least 2 hours.
Sannyshka
The next slow cooker will take a pressure cooker for sure, with a power of just 1455 watts. I think it's worth it. I am one of those people who cannot plan in advance what they will cook and urgently need to do something meaty and tasty before my husband comes. So I return to the stove.
gala78
I agree with you. So I even more come to the idea that there is no need for such a unit. I had to buy a good bread maker separately. It can, of course, come in handy over time as a slow cooker.
Sannyshka
Damn, now I went into mvideo, kapets like a toad crushes. I originally wanted to take a bork, but it went up in price to 26 thousand, well, I thought, nafig is necessary. And now I look, already 16. Here the devil pulled me to hurry up with the choice.
gala78
So I am sorry that I was in a hurry. I wanted to return it 2 days after the purchase, but of course no one took it back. One thing reassures me that I bought it for 3000 rubles.

Girls in classmates have such a group, come wake up to share recipes, otherwise I myself ate figured out how I can help you, please!

Girls, did you make dumplings in this slow cooker? I want to try it, I'm afraid it won't take out the tight dough. Although in theory it should. And I wonder how much yeast is obtained? Enough for a baking sheet?
gala78
I made both dumplings and yeast dough. Everything works out fine.
Sannyshka
I just made a dumpling dough, something quite small piece turned out. I poured 600 grams of flour.
Sannyshka
I stuck the dumplings, the dough was enough, even a piece remained. For a family of 2-3 people for the eyes. It took 15 minutes for kneading. The beauty. I fell asleep, came and already work with not sticky dough and just rinse the bucket.
Janusya
the girls really need the serial number of this model for the competition I will be very grateful

There are frequent mistakes in the recipe book that is attached. BUT ... I bake bread regularly. The crust is ruddy, I haven't even set it to 3 yet. Problems usually arise with rye bread, the top sags. But I really like the bread itself, I often bake rye with honey and coriander, soft, tender, aromatic. Now I'm baking rye "Borodinsky", I'll unsubscribe. Every other tribute I cook oatmeal, tastier than just in a saucepan. And baked the chicken, it turned out like grilled chicken.

With difficulty and in battles :) we managed to acquire this device, not only is it not sold in Latvia, but also there is no place in the kitchen. And I want 2 gadgets. In general, I will give the old HP to someone. (I am completely satisfied with it, and I would have left it, but I wanted a multicooker too)
At the moment, Polaris I have a few weeks in total. From what I did - omelet and oatmeal. I do not need the device as a basic device for cooking, but rather as an assistant to free up time. The omelet and oatmeal were prepared according to the principle - I threw in the food and went to fill it up before breakfast
But I wanted to bake some bread too. I went through the forums - I found a recipe that people got (Italian pastries with oregano). Since I have not baked bread since yesterday, I slightly corrected the recipe, the main change - I increased the amount of yeast, by only half an hour. and didn't add raisins. (I didn’t understand why it’s in bread with Italian spices at all). The rest of the proportions according to the recipe book - the perfect bun came out. (700 g, crust 3) Here's what happened:

Well, here I became the owner of this unit
First of all, I want to try milk porridge. I wanted to put a program with a delayed start so that by the morning I was ready, but I read that the porridge needs to be stirred periodically ... And I also heard that milk can turn sour overnight ..... Share ь experience, how to be? And also about the bread - do you need to turn it over? Switch off the machine when rolling over?

No, you don't need to turn the bread! I often cook oatmeal in milk and do not interfere with anything. But I don’t know about the delayed start, it seems to me that dairy products will go bad overnight, and even in summer they will deteriorate.
Rainbow))
I baked bread, it didn't work out very well. The yeast was not fresh, and I decided to save time, put it on quick baking. It was embarrassing that the replacement paddle remained in the bread and the hole from the pin in the middle ... maybe I did something wrong ...
And in general, after cooking three dishes, my cartoon passed out ... and does not turn on ... So I think it makes sense to change to the same or not ...
Rinka
I don't dare to experiment, I make bread according to the recipe, everything works out. I do not put the products by sight, but weigh them. In some recipes, the blade remains in the bread, in some it does not. We do not buy bread in the store, we only eat our own and, in general, are satisfied with this slow cooker.
Rainbow))
I changed it. I will experiment further ...

I gave such a thing to my beloved .. She was skeptical about her until she began to bake bread and cook porridge, and steamed cutlets / vegetables .. Then she sits kneading her cheeks with eyes shining with pleasure)
Bought at a discount in M-Video for 5 tons. I didn’t think that so insignificant amount for a multicooker-bread maker would pay off SO much in pleasure)
Borodino bread * my beloved * we do creatively, I add more salt and honey, and a little less water .. I didn’t eat such breads even in the village .. The designers came up with a magic thing from iron and plastics)

With a huge delay, of course, I answer. It is definitely not necessary to stir porridge several times during cooking. She does not boil there, and therefore does not burn. But 1 time is still needed. Before cooking. I didn’t put on the timer in advance. I left the milk in the slow cooker with the porridge, nothing sour.

What recipe and on what program do you cook oatmeal? I don't remember how I cooked, but the proportions were 1: 2. In general, I didn't like the porridge. On the stove, it turns out more tender.

I ordered this unit for myself, my multicooker Polaris 0517 has been working without interruption for the 4th year, there is a bread maker, but due to the limited kitchen space, I would like to reduce the amount of equipment per square meter. In general, the multicooker is polaris and you like it with its slowness and quality, so I'm waiting in anticipation and reading the information.

Where did everyone go? Hey! I really want to share my impressions, I baked Darninsky bread 2 times, both times the roof collapsed, (not with me, with the bread), as I understood, it is necessary to reduce the amount of liquid, on the accelerated one - bread with semolina, I immediately took less water and the dough kneaded steeper and the bread is perfect. On a multi-cooker, a cupcake is brewed, the result is excellent, but it is better to set the temperature to 160 degrees, it will bake faster. I really like the crust of bread, crispy. Maybe there are some secrets in cooking? Another question, is the inner valve removed with the screen? or should it be left while the bread machine is running?

When I bake a "non-native" recipe for the first time, I follow the kolobok so that it has the correct consistency. So far, the simple breads from the recipe book have all turned out very well. But I haven’t taken cupcakes yet. Throw a link to the cupcake on the tea leaves, please. My first cupcake was very bad. I took the recipe from another multi and tricky with the temperature. And about the valve - I did not shoot. I only shot the screen. I'll have to reread the instructions.
Irina.A
kaminka, I baked the cupcake on the infuser from a notebook where I copied it, I don’t remember, I will write a recipe a little later, there are no records at hand. Multicooker-bread maker Polaris PBMM 1601D, this is how it turned out (photo from the phone, does not turn over)

Cupcake brewed. Strong tea - 100 ml, sugar - 100 ml, jam (any) - 100 ml, egg - 1 pc, grows. oil - 1 tbsp. spoon, mix everything, add 1 tsp. soda, pay off 1 tbsp. l. vinegar, add flour until sour cream is thick, but not very thick, and bake. I baked on the multi-cook program 120 g for 50 minutes, but this is not enough, I also added temperature and time, I think I need 140 degrees and the time is at least 45 minutes
Sannyshka
I don’t know, all my pastries turned out sadly. I'm even afraid to try. But I like stewing. I put the meat with vegetables and forgot, and then it is tender, tender. But, damn it, hunt and make cakes. I was hoping for the much-praised, chic tall biscuits. Girls, tell me a proven simple recipe. All the time, it is raw pastries, then they are omitted.
Irina.A
Sannyshka, try it, she bakes well, only you need to adapt to the temperature, baked a manna, I'm very happy, I want to try a biscuit on boiling water, but this is only for the weekend, for a multtip cook I baked carrot and rum grandma bread, in general I am delighted with this program.
Sannyshka
I'm generally afraid to mess with a multi-cook. This is for those who know how to cook) please write a recipe for manna, you also need to try.
Irina.A
Sannyshka, I did it by eye, I will look at the recipe more precisely, I will write a little later, I need to find a notebook

Hello everybody. I will share the hard-won biscuit recipe for this multi-HP
I took the recipe painted for the Prague cake and multicooker. The recipe said that the author bakes it for 30 minutes in a slow cooker. The first time I baked a biscuit 3 times! One and the same since it was raw. Baking on Multipovar. And, given that after starting this program, the device needs to cool down, then the baking took me sooooo long. But the biscuit, even in this form, turned out to be quite normal. So we finished with the lyrics, and now to business.
Original recipe here
But!!! if you bake it in this cartoon, then the baking mode will need to be set differently.
I will copy the part about the biscuit:
Products:
6 eggs
150g sugar
115g premium wheat flour
40g butter
25g of cocoa powder (the second time I added a little flour and did not use which one and the biscuit still turned out excellent but not chocolate)

Dough:
1. Mix the sifted flour and cocoa. (if without cocoa, then just sift a couple of times)
2. Separate the yolks from the proteins. in a bowl where the dough will be: Add half the sugar to the yolks and beat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Separately beat the whites with the remaining sugar until firm peaks (turning the cup over, the mass should not move). Begin to beat without sugar until cloudy (you can throw in a pinch of salt) and then add sugar over a tablespoon.
4. Add whites and flour in portions to the yolks and mix gently. Mix the proteins as if raking from the bottom.
The dough turns out to be liquid and is poured in a wide ribbon. Pour it into the HP bowl.

Now we go to the multi, insert the bowl for HP and turn on the Multipovar. It's not scary. The first time I fiddled for only 10 minutes. The book describes which stage corresponds to which. We need stage 11 - baking.
All other stages - just set the time to 0 (press the multi-cook button, the number of the stage will change, then press the temperature / time button, when the Time flashes - set 0) When we reach the 11th: set the time to 1 hour, the temperature is 180 degrees. Then we go to the end and reset the remaining stages.
Launch
HURRAH! You are a hero! You've mastered HP Multi-Cook!
After the end of the program, keep the biscuit on the heating for another 10-15 minutes. I got a soft, porous sponge cake, even a little "wet" (not raw, and I don't even know how to explain it) In general, if the cream is liquid, then you can not soak it.
Alas, there is no photo of only a biscuit Multicooker-bread maker Polaris PBMM 1601D
Well, we still have to work and work on the design, but the height without cream is about 7-10 cm. With cream about 15

Irina.A
kaminka, I also like baking more on a multi-cooker for a bread machine
kaminka
Irina. A, I'm so used to it, and the shape is closer to the cake than if you do it in a slow cooker. I made one oaz cupcake in a multicooker mode, but it seemed to me not very convenient, as if I was making soup
Caprice
It's a pity, the photos of the multicooker-bread machine itself do not open.
