Ingredients

Flour 4 st
Milk 500 ml (I have 2 tbsp 200 ml)
Sugar 2 tbsp
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp (no top)
Dry fast yeast 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • In general, the test test was conceived as a test site for my new Boshik harvester. So I found such a quick recipe in the Internet. The dough really surprised me with its flavor range, it is very tasty even raw, elastic, and it was cooked instantly.
  • I threw flour into the combine, ran it for a minute, then mixed cold milk with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and added it to the flour in the combine. A couple of minutes and the mess turned into a ball. She put it in a plastic bag (preferably in two bags for everyone) and threw it into a bowl of ice water. As they wrote in the recipe for 15 minutes, but the kitchen was full, I remembered 40 minutes later and pulled it out. Here's what I really liked: the cold dough is so elastic, you don't need flour even for dusting, I just made balls and immediately formed pies (egg filling). I immediately put the oven on, although it is possible, if you have time, to hold it for proofing. After 25 minutes, 20 delicious pies were baked.

There are no eggs in this "Khrushchev" egg, only in a butter version. And margarine - in Khrushchev's times and margarine was not the same as it is now, and vegetable oil - sunflower - had a very perfumed smell and bright color.
